Neither the financial crisis nor Corona have kept us down. As a result, we have grown into a strong company that looks every challenge boldly in the eye. We are prepared for what is yet to come. And we promise you that you will have a secure job with us.

Work-life balance

Our work is important to us - but so is our free time. That's why we make sure that every team member has a good work-life balance. With us, no one works more than 38 hours a week. All right: if things get busy, we'll make an exception. Never without appropriate compensation. We sleep at night instead of working, and an early start to the weekend is part of our routine anyway. For us, the weekend starts at 12:15 p.m. on Fridays. Or do you have very individual requirements for your working hours? Let's talk about it!

Team oriented

We do not have complicated and restrictive hierarchies. That's why we have flat structures and short decision-making paths. Instead of squeezing you into a tight corset of specifications and target requirements, we prefer to focus on personal responsibility and friendly cooperation.
