Your responsibilities:

• Production of friction lining mixtures (weighing raw materials and mixing them according to specified instructions)
• Pouring friction lining mixtures into molds, placing them on shelves to cure, and removing finished linings from the molds
• Cutting rubber products and other auxiliary materials
• Applying adhesives according to specifications
• Loading and operating presses
• Grinding and machining friction linings on machining tools
• Filling out production orders
